Why doesn't Kobe drive more to the rim like MJ would have? Guaranteed foul.

Why doesn't Kobe drive more to the rim like MJ would have? Guaranteed foul. He was trying to take it in with a floater that works nice for him quite often.

Great inbounds play by Orlando. Ariza needed to switch on that screen though. Not like Howard is going to drain an 18 footer.
That could have been really bad for the Lakers

On that though, Orlando did a great job of denying Kobe the ball so by the time he got it he may not have felt that he had enough time to get all the way to the rim.

Yeah Orlando did a great job of defense and we got some extra time of basketball ;D

Fisher is getting into the lane at will right now. Gasol is really solid at the line for a big man.

Huge and one play for Howard. Nice play by Hedo to draw both players off the screen. Bad defensive execution on the pick and roll.

It was. Great finish by Gasol. I know alot of people think Gasol is soft and he might be, but I really love his game offensively. He's not a guy like Dirk that at 7 ft just wants to sit on the perimeter all game. Gasol truly mixes it up inside and outside. I love it.

No drink needed. Game over How about a paper bag to hyperventilate into? Well with that strip off of Kobe's leg you might want to get a paperbag and the bottle of Mad Dog that goes in it.

OK, well, the best thing I can say about that game was they won in spite of playing like shit. They deserved to lose, but are up 2-0.

Not a particularly pretty game, but the 4th Qtr and OT was quite well played and compelling.
I don't think it's quite fair to call it a series, but Orlando has a huge task ahead of them. Not sure they are up to it.

Orlando is only going to win if they can drain their pussy 3's. I have a feeling they will in game 3 or 4. But the Lakers have this series.
