I would really like to see David Duval do well, and perhaps, provide us another "cinderella" story, like Mediate did, last year.

I see Tiger is +4 after one round and Stricker finished +3. Clubhouse leader after one round is -1 but looks like overall alot of high scores being posted so far. Conditions are just brutal, even when you hit the fairway some of the balls are plugging in the mud etc....

He has always been somewhat of an enigma. Many times would just as soon be snowboarding as playing golf. Always liked him, but he always kind of seemed to be one of those people who was really good in spite of himself...

he has the best course conditions right now, maybe he could post a -3 and make everyone chase him the last 3 days.

So far Paul Casey has completely screwed me in my pool. F-in anti-american bastard. He will be dropped on his head like cassells for the rest of the tourney. Problem is that we decided that we have to keep our players from round1 through round2 because of all the weather catastrophe.

Unfortunatley, Phil's wayward way just reared it's ugly head. In deep trouble on 13 off the tee.

Well after 4 holes, the young guns that I picked for contention are holding up well. O'Hair -2, Kim -1, and Mahan -1.
I know I know they could all end up missing the cut, but for now they look good. ;D

could Kim hold it together and win this kind of major in these conditions ? if he plays well I think he could... he can be one of the most accurate players at times... but everything would have to fall into place
