The Tigers should win on Thursday with Nola on the mound, but the other two could go to Ole Miss. The Tigers should be favored in the second game, but game three is anybody's guess. Plus the Rebs are tough in Oxford. There should be sellout crowds if the weather is good. Oxford is a good baseball venue.

Ole Miss takes game two beating LSU 5 to 1. Winner of tomorrow's game takes the weekend series.
The Rebs are not as bad as you think they are RR.

Gators sweep the lowly dogs from Ga, 10-3. Those guys don't deserve to be called Dawgs. No fight in them, at all.

Aaron Nola didn't have his A-game tonight and gave up five runs. But the Tiger bats outlasted the Vols and won 8 to 7 scoring the winning run in the bottom of the ninth inning. Wow.

SEC west tightened up as Bama lost last night. Bama leads LSU by 1/2 game and Ole Miss by 1 game.
Bama has Florida and LSU left on the schedule, but Ole Miss has the easiest remaining schedule. IMO, it is a horse race for the SEC west title. I love college baseball.

Gators also win again, 5-0 over Mizzou today.

The Vols put up a good fight, but an 5 run 8th inning for the Tigers put Tennessee away 9 to 4. LSU wins the weekend series with the Vols.
RR, if Ole Miss wins today and they are ahead 9 to 6 in the bottom of the ninth - the Rebs and Tide will be tied for the SEC west and LSU a 1/2 game behind. I don't know why you still do not have any faith in your team. The Rebels can flat out hit. Get a little decent pitching and they can be very good.

Tigers win 5 to 4 in a crazy game. LSU is leading 4 to 0 with Nola on the mound in the top of the ninth. He walks the lead off batter and the second batter gets a bloop single and the LSU center fielder boots the ball and the runner advance to second and third. Nola gets the first out with a fly ball and a run scores. Then he walks the next batter to put men on first and second. LSU's top reliever Joe Broussard comes in and walks the first batter he faces to load the bases. Then he throws a wild pitch with a run scoring and now men on second and third. Score now 4 to 2.
Broussard strikes out the next batter but gives up a single and the Aggies tie the score. He walks the next batter but get a fly ball for the last out. But the left fielder made a heck of a catch to get into extra innings.
LSU scores on a single stretched out to a double. A pass ball that bounces back off the brick wall and the catcher almost gets the LSU runner at third. A high bouncer to the pitcher and the throw home is late and LSU scores to go up 5 to 4.
We go to the bottom of the 1oth with Broussard still in the game. He walks the first batter on four pitches. LSU goes to the bull pen. Person gives up a single to put men on first and second. Mc Cune comes in to pitch for LSU. Fly out for the 1st out. A ground out advances the runners to second and third. Mc Cune intentionally walks a batter to load the bases, but get a fly ball to end the game.
Finger nails and toe nail chewed off. But a win is a win.
