Well...LSU is certainly playing to get him the Heisman, so there is that to consider as JD was in the game well into the 4th and throwing for numbers. And, do not get me wrong, the kid is a huge talent, blessed, and has all the ability and deserves the recognition. He sure is fun to watch, that is for sure! And tough as Hell!!

Don't most teams try to get their players national awards? LSU current goals is to reach 10 wins and maybe get some players some awards. Ohio State is pushing Marvin Harrison Jr. LSU's Malik Nabers has better numbers than Harrison. But currently Bo Nix, Michael Penix Jr. and Daniels are the top three favorites. But what will be interesting - how will the NFL view these three and how well they perform in the NFL? But all three have been lights out college players. Should be a great closeout to the regular season next weekend. Plenty of good games and then some good conference championship games. The Dawgs can make some history for themselves if they win out. Three straight NC's for sure. Minnesota did it back in 1934,1935 and 1936.

Georgia Tech comes through in a hard fought game for bowl eligibility. Brent Key is righting the Wreck after four years in the trash bin for this program. Syracuse may not be a powerful program this year, but Tech made them their win #6, and wins against Miami and UNC surely put the Jackets in line for some bowl somewhere, be it the potato bowl or the blue field bowl or whatever. Big road game coming up this weekend for the Jackets as they welcome UGA at Mark Richt field. And we genuinely appreciate the donations to our athletic funds. Having US dollars helps so much more than yuan or rupees. (It will go into investments toward hiring Kirby Smart as Ramblin Wreck oil changer.)

(It will go into investments toward hiring Kirby Smart as Ramblin Wreck oil changer.) well to be fair it's cheaper to buy tickets for our home away from home than Dooley Field and we're pretty much assured those funds will not be used in any way to hurt the UGA Athletic Dept! I kid, I kid Vessie!
