BTW, there is no shortage of douchebags like this on the internet that go around doing shit like this just to start trouble. I think most people realize, that when you head out on your day, looking to start shit with someone, you're likely going to find the trouble you're looking for. Maybe don't live your life like an insufferable jackass.
I was watching one not long ago where a guy was filming his neighbors as they drove by, and his wife and kid. They parked on the curb sometimes in front of the house, which is public property. When confronted, the guy was spouting off about his right to record people on public property. So, he knew the law. He completely disregarded the laws of decency, but he was right. He could record them on public property. He's lucky. If it were me, I'm putting him in the hospital. Sure, it's against the law. But, I know several good attorneys, and I'm willing to take that charge.
If you go around trying to provoke a conflict, you're about as big a loser as there is.

Yes, there are a bunch of guys who try to stir up shit and act like assholes. Then there are those who are polite and courteous, trying to hold our government officials and employees accountable. The guy in the first video I posted is one of the good ones. He always tries to be calm and courteous with officers, but stands firm on his rights. He has shown his will in taking the charge and being arrested a few times. In every case of arrest, the charges have been thrown out, or he was found not guilty. He doesn't push the cops into doing anything wrong. In fact, he tries to tell them when they are doing wrong. This is short and to the point.

I find this disturbing that this man makes these videos in order to embarrass police. Let the police do there jobs without going around trying to trap them into an event that turns out into a media frenzy. This man has an agenda into trying to embarrass the police.
Why do people try to embarrass the police anyway?

Why do people try to embarrass the police anyway? If the police wouldn't try to violate his rights, there would be no embarrassment. They are embarrassing themselves. They are also learning what they should know about the laws. In the last video I posted, notice how they changed their tune after talking to their superiors.

As I said before, I have much respect for good police officers. But good officers don't violate our rights. So the police who questioned him in two of the videos I watched - were they good or bad police officers? Sure there are bad police officers - but good and bad people are all around us. I would think the majority of us don't go around videoing police to see who is good or bad. That is the one huge problem I see with all the access we have to the media platforms - we have our heads looking down at the video screens - watching streaming videos, texting to one's friends or looking at some ad or making videos of other people. We don't communicate with one another any more. How many times have you been in some place eating with a friend and you look around and half the people are looking at their cell phones and not talking. For me too many times. How about just living one's life and not worrying about what all the others are doing. Do right is right and most of our problems go away. How about going around and videoing what the good police are doing. They are protecting us. And as we dismantle our current police forces, who is going to protect us? Just watch some of the videos coming out of our major cities. Migrants attacking our police. Criminals in the cities going into stores and carrying out as much as they can steal. Auto thieves. Is all the crap that is going on getting better or worst. IMO as the police forces are reduced in size by all the idiots around us - things are going to a lot worst. But some go around trying to trap good police. Next time you see a police person why not tell them what a great job they are doing.

Does a good cop violate citizens rights, or does he honor the oath he took to protect the citizens rights?

Does a good cop violate citizens rights, or does he honor the oath he took to protect the citizens rights? Your example of fourth amendment rights is As far as violating rights, bad things happen to good cops. Why are you expecting perfection? Especially when being harassed by assclowns Attachments:

Again, I will reiterate that I am not anti-police. I am anti-bad police. So going around trying to trap the police in a video is OK with you? Did the officer act inappropriately? Did the guy filming dictate how the officer should act? Shouldn't the officer be more knowledgeable of the laws that he is entrusted to enforce? Is the guy filming trying to entrap the officer, or is he trying to protect the rights of the citizens? The Supreme Court has ruled that the citizens have every right to film our public officials in the course of their duties.

If someone just followed you around everywhere you went with their phone in your face spouting off about his right to do so, I would think it would cause you to get a little upset.

Does an officer of the law get paid to uphold the law? Or does he get paid to enforce his, and others', feelings? Again, I ask, "How is he provoking anyone?"

The guy is clearly looking to provoke something, or he wouldn'thave his camera out, talking about "Let’see how it goes." Him and those like him are the genital warts of society, IMO. To you, he's a true patriot. To each his own. There really isn't much more for me to say about it.

I would suggest that bad police officers are the genital warts of society and those that support them are spreading the warts. How do we hold bad cops accountable for their actions if we don't get it on video? They are recording us. What's wrong with us recording them? Video doesn't lie.
