How in the hell do you blow a 8-0 lead Reds? To Atlanta?

Brewers win, but right now I honestly don't give a shit about the team. I care about the NBA Draft then how this team is playing. Doug Melvin needs to be fired for his inability to get some fucking pitching.
The Brewers are basically the Rangers circa 1998 with 0 pitching, and a ton of hitting.
I'm guessing that Fielder will be gone by the Trade Deadline(Especially since he didn't accepted a contract worth 20 million a year for 7-8 years), and maybe they can get some good pitching prospects.
Maybe they can improve later on the year when Chris Capuano comes back, maybe he can play the way he did a few years ago when he won 18 games in two different seasons.

The Reds now have a 2 game lead in the NL Central at 30-20 and have been playing some very good baseball.
They are pitching well, playing defense well (something new for the Reds in the past 5+ years), running the bases well, and hitting in clutch spots.
Not the biggest names on the Reds, but a lot of talent that is playing with a lot of confidence now.

Helps when you have one of the best managers in baseball in Dusty Baker.

Helps when you have one of the best managers in baseball in Dusty Baker. They are actually doing most of it in spite of Old The Dust Ball...

Also Dusty is one of the leagues best when it comes to handling pitchers.

Hard to believe that the two teams have already played 10 games against one another. Cards have a 6-4 edge. The Reds have to win tomorrow with Cueto on the mound because the finale includes Carpenter on the hill.

Oh yeah you mean when he made him pitch on TWO days rest in an extra inning game against the Padres in May? It wasn't like he had two great seasons before that including winning 15 games or so.

The ball is carrying like heck tonight in St. Louis. A couple of pop fly HR's tonight (Votto just hit one, and Rasmus got one too).
Scott Rolen is tearing the cover off the ball. A couple of solo homers give the Reds a 5-3 lead. First team to 10 wins tonight?

I'm referring to the fact that Aaron Harang has gotten much worse as a pitcher since Dusty has become manager during a period which is supposed to be his prime of his career.

I was hoping that number 10 didn't come back to haunt me as the Reds only got to 9 and the 10th run was on base for the Cardinals several times. I think LaRussa made some mistakes managing the game tonight. Should have bunted in the top of the 9th after getting the leadoff on (turned into a DP).

I'm done with baseball. The Brewers are back to being complete shit. Ugh....CFB is coming soon....I'm going to have to go buy the Phil Steele Magazine, and talk on forums about how awesome he is.

It is very frustrating because LaRussa refuses to bunt most of the time That was the perfect time to bunt. Especially since it put the tying run in scoring position with 1 out. He was then going to pinch hit Ludwick and Molina (he got stranded on the on deck circle). Also in the 7th inning he pinch hit and didn't use Ludwick (in the bases loaded situation against Rhodes, a lefty).
