Can’t wait for schools to start dropping football because they can’t afford the bullshit of “amateur” athletics as it pertains to college football.
😉 <——- well, kind of.

They won’t drop CFB...... but they will drop most everything else.
Once they are employees, Title IX also goes away. Everything will be listed as a “club”..... it will be a $$$ making item or it won’t exist..... save donors that put up the salaries to keep teams alive.
As university employees the football players become staff just like the janitor or professor.
When schools do start to flounder I’m sure a new pro league will start bypassing colleges everywhere. They might only need the school for stadium rights alone. No more Texas Tech Red Raiders.... it will be the Lubbock Tornados that use the old TTU stadium.
And that too will be short lived.
Then you just hope it all dies, goes away, and is reborn back at the college level and builds back quickly to what we had.
