Its a shame that the rest of the story is unknown. With that muc force likely there is something in the area and they happen to fit a description
But thats don't play well..... I ean, its really sad, but stereotypes exist for reasons.
Are ther rights protected? hell yes. but the "no reason" claim is unbacked up with such a short video of what was likely a 45 min ordeal with things going on in the area before......

It is shameful that the police officers would not tell the boys why they were being stopped. The boys asked, more than a couple of times, why they were being stopped and what did they do wrong.
