www.sportsline.com/collegefootball/story/10336917I like this part the most: Redell said the fact that Clausen was on the sidelines for so many games at Tennessee's Neyland Stadium, which seats more than 102,000, should help him at Penn State.I guess watching a game in front of alot of people gives you the composure to do it while leading a team.

right on. it's one thing to stand on the sidelines in your street clothes. it's another thing to go in there and try to win a football game. we'll see how "ready" clausen is tomorrow

The only thing he'd know from standing on the sideline is the noise.
That's it.

Load if that's really true - then Redell just needs to get Clausen a room in a Holiday Inn Express the night before the game and he'll go 35 of 40 for 486 yards and 5 touchdowns - ND wins easily.

Man, I went to a Pirates game not too long ago...shit, I could probably be a middle reliever in the majors. Probably pays more than I'm getting now.

There is some shitty pitching in the majors. When you have a plus 5.00 ERA and you're ensconced as a starter for the entire season (hey, that's YOU Daniel Cabrera) it makes you wonder how many people could really play in the majors. Shit, I was a lousy high school baseball player. I think I could close for the Royals.

All you need is some HGH and a small amount of talent and you can at least play for the Pirates or Reds...

They lessened the restrictions. You don't even need a small amount of talent.

All you need is some HGH and a small amount of talent and you can at least play for the Pirates or Reds... or make a comeback as a OF.

You guys are missing the point. He went... 8 whole downs against GT 2 and 3rd sting D. He lit it up 4 for 6, 34yds. He IS TOTALLY ready to go and take out PSU!
