Gator fans who are looking forward to a backcourt of Nick Calathes and super prospect Kenny Boynton shouldn't hold their breath, because there are a couple of signs pointing to Calathes leaving. He has dreamed of the NBA all his life, and now it is in his grasp. Calathes played AAU basketball from the time he was 7 years old. His whole life has revolved around basketball, and playing in the NBA. Now, after leading the SEC in assists, leading the Gators in scoring, knocking out a couple triple-doubles and making First Team All SEC, Calathes' stock has soared this year as a versatile 6-foot-6 point guard.

Shit. I knew he would too. However he tanked down the stretched very badly. He carried the Gators the entire year so maybe he wore down at the end. Whatever the case, the last few weeks he just played awfully. Hopefully that will keep him around one more year, though I could seriously understand him leaving. I think he would make a solid albeit not spectacular combo guard on the next level.
