President Obama was 11-5 with his NCAA picks Thursday, but his home-state team lost and he was wrong about UCLA. Best win: No. 10 Maryland over No. 7 California. Worst loss: The former Illinois senator had to go with the Illini, but No. 5 Illinois was the highest-seeded team to lose, falling to No. 12 Western Kentucky. Notable pick for today: No. 11 Temple beating No. 6 Arizona State. (He lost on a similar choice, taking Virginia Commonwealth over UCLA.)

His upset pick was just to spite John McCain.
McCain also filled out a bracket and has Arizona in the Sweet 16, and Arizona State in the Elite 8.

What a bitch. Let's see how he feels about the West Coast:
He picked #10 Maryland to upset #7 California. He picked #11 Temple to beat #6 Arizona State. He picked #11 VCU to beat #6 UCLA.
So he expects every West Coast team to be upset in every matchup. Not that I liked the guy in the first place, but fuck him.

I still can't believe Barack did not pick a 5 versus 12 upset. That is bracketology 101. I did better than Barack in all three of my brackets. That is all I have to say about that.
