West Virginia had flight problems, and the Mountaineers did not arrive here until 3:30 a.m. According to the official West Virginia athletic website: "The team arrived at Clarksburg Airport there was no plane. Six hours later there was still no plane. Miami Air Charter, the charter service arranged by the NCAA, was unable to come up with another aircraft when the plane scheduled to take the team to Minneapolis encountered mechanical problems in Charleston, W.Va. Delta, the airline West Virginia normally uses for team travel, was able to locate a 737 in Atlanta, quickly assembled a flight crew, and had a plane in Clarksburg by midnight to fly the team to Minneapolis. The Mountaineers eventually arrived at the hotel by 3:30 p.m. local time – 11 ½ hours after departing the WVU Coliseum."
I hope this does not affect their play against Dayton...go eers!

Hopefully this doesn't cause them to come out slowly or affect their focus, which is always something I worry about with a team as young as WVU.
I also didn't realize that the NCAA made the travel arrangements for tournament teams.
