Discuss your favorite "team", "teams here if you would like.
Michigan is currently 6-8. They held off Lipscomb 17-13 but, dropped a afternoon game to #10 Coastal Carolina 13-4. Michigan plays Coastal Carolina again later today at 1pm.

Michigan needs to play better. They gave up way to many hits to Coastal yesterday. Our pitching really needs to get better. I hope Michigan can close out games better than they did against Lipscomb this season.

My bro hit a tough stretch this week... Now hitting .350 with 5 HRs on the season... how ridiculous is it that it seems he's struggling with those numbers through 18 games.. on a bad team...

Those are good numbers, and it is very difficult to play on a bad team. Tough to put up great numbers on a bad team. I think the Buckeyes are 12-4 on the season and might be close to getting ranked.

Michigan just swept Fordham. Michigan is 10-9 on the season so far. Not a very good season so far but its still to early.

No shame in losing to any South Carolina baseball program. South Carolina has put 6 different teams into the ncaa tournament. Don't look now but USC is pasting Auburn in their house.

Time to break out the brooms on Auburn tomorrow. Where is Pirate Joe when you need him?

USC going for the sweep against #14 Ole Miss. Our pitching staff is ridiculously good.

LSU isn't as strong in the pitching this season but statistically their hitting has been good which has been a trademark of LSU teams. They're playing well but they dropped a series to Auburn last week. I'm hoping LSU finds their stride late in the season like all the teams have done since Paul Maineri has been the LSU coach. It's important LSU not drop many series because their RPI will likely hurt them when the seeding is done.
Oh and Mikie Mahtook is having a fantastic season. He already is one of my favorite Tiger baseball players. I love gutty players like him.

Just saw Micah Gibb's hitting stats for LSU so far this season. This will do.
Gibbs 55 for 131, .420
