A lot of talk about Iowa this season has been on their extraordinary offense that cannot score. But because of their 10-2 record everyone raves about that defense and of course their punter.
But how good is that defense? They gave up the following: Utah State 13 Iowa State 14 Western Michigan 10 Penn State 31 Michigan State 16 Purdue 14 Wisconsin 6 Minnesota 10 Northwestern 7 Illinois 13 Rutgers 0 Nebraska 10
I guess we will find out on Saturday, but I am not convinced.

Michigan should be able to do like PSU did and create short fields with their D and then convert in the red zone.
My prediction is 34-6.

I think Michigan will easily score 40 on them.

I think Michigan rolls them quite easily. Those are some low totals as far as points allowed. But that’s also a list of mediocre/lousy teams they’ve beaten. They might get an early stop or two, but I think they get worn down and Michigan pulls away quite comfortably. The only hope I see for Iowa is Michigan gets very careless wjtb the ball and turns it over like 5 times.

Six of those teams are ranked #118, or lower, in Total Offense. Iowa ranks dead last!! Utah State is the best Offense faced to date, statistically.
