Neither is Joel Klatt, apparently:
"You're going to tell me you have to rank the four best teams and you put Florida State above Oregon, Ohio State, Texas, and Alabama?" Klatt asked. "Now if you want to say Florida State is more deserving of those teams because they're undefeated, then you can make that argument. But if you tell me that the most deserving is not in the vernacular of the committee at all and it's just supposed to be about the four best teams... You cannot tell me that Florida State with Tate Rodemaker is better than Oregon, Ohio State, Texas, or Alabama."

What happened with the Patriots when Bledsoe went down? I will save you a google search, they proceeded to go 14-3 and win a Superbowl behind their 2nd string QB, Tom Brady.

Finebaum is a schill for the SEC. Klatt is a schill for FOX and the teams they cover. But even Herby got into it with McElroy arguing against FSU. McElroy, the SEC guy has stated pretty clearly FSU should be in and Texas should get the nod over Bama if both finish 12-1.

I mean, if "chaos" is what the people want, well I would think you would want this to play out like it does with undeserving teams getting the nod over the more "Championship" teams. You don't think that would start some "conversations"?
If Georgia wins, Washington wins, FSU wins and Michigan wins, your matchups are Georgia - FSU and Michigan - Washington. And, through my eyes, though all deserving, I would think the sports media and talking heads are going to hate this scenario, so to speak. Why? Less curb appeal.(Which means smaller tv audiences). And, an assumption of it coming down to Georgia-Michigan.
No. I am not saying those teams win, but I guarantee you that will be the perception spewed often.
On the flip side, if chaos happens, many a folk, especially more traditional folk who think Championships matter, etc. will probably end their love for this game as it has become a farce. But, then next year we will have 12 teams, and all kinds of great matchups, so they may question their distaste for CFB as it enters a new realm.
So, here we are, with one more Playoff to consider before 12 teams, and who is going to get pissed off over the selections.
I am all for Champions getting in, especially if it is Georgia winning the SEC. I would like Georgia's path to Houston!!
Just an opinion as it is Championship week and time to get talking football!!

Most of the major TV and Radio guys picking Bama. I don't usually pick/bet, but don't blame them. It is never wise to bet against the GOAT.

We haven't had that upset weekend all year, why not this weekend. I hope all four lose.
