I have the answer to all this transfer portal bullshit. Well, at least for scholarship players. After all, it's mainly the star players on scholarship who are transferring. We all know that scholarships are generally offered on a yearly basis. Why not offer the scholarships for 2 years guaranteed with an option for the school to extend it annually? Include an agreement that if a player decides to leave early, he is responsible for the costs of his education.

I thought most went to 4 years a couple years ago... ? the solution is to go ahead and pay kids.... but no more scholarships. you have to enroll to play... you have to PAY to play now..... OR you could sign a waiver... get the scholarship, and now forgo your NIL. Works for live bands.... hell in Austin bands pay places to play and sell merchandise... its crazy... but it works... they want exposure... they get it... but they pay for it.
