Probably the next best to the CWS in Omaha. I have not been the SEC tourney, but it is sort of in my bucket list of things I would like to do. Maybe next year.

UCLA takes the long way around and beats LMU for the second day in a row to advance to the SR against Michigan next weekend.
On the softball side, the Bruins pummeled Oklahoma today to take Game 1 of the best of 3 championship.
The dream of the double is still alive.

It's all over in OKC. After giving up the tying HR in the top of the 7th, UCLA walks it off in the bottom, winning 5-4 for their 12th softball title and 118th overall.
Let's see if baseball holds up their end of the deal.

They are playing Fayetteville and that will be the difference.

I'm looking forward to watching the Super Regionals. Didn't see any much of the regionals. The Dad of one of my daughter's good friends was a three year starter '08-'11 at Miss St at 3B/SS. He's a good guy and my wife went to State, so it'd be cool to see them get to Omaha.

WVU hosting their first regional in a generation. I'm taking Colin to the game on Saturday. Which will be the biggest baseball game in school history. I'm pumped. WVU gonna WVU. This school just invents new ways to crush the soul of its fans. Giving up a walk off Grand Slam to end their season? Of course, they did it.

LSU up 3 to 0 over FSU after 4 innings. Cole Henry left game after two innings. He struggled in the second inning, but got out without any runs. Velocity was not what Henry usually throws. Hope he didn't hurt his arm again. If LSU gets to Omaha, they will sure need Henry.

FSU defeats LSU 6 to 4. With the win - the Seminoles get their 40th win of the season. This assures Mike Martin his 40th win in his 40 years at FSU.
Hats off to Coach Mike Martin. He has the most wins in college baseball history. What a career.

Would love to see coach Martin win the last game of his career. It would be fitting if that was in CWS in the finals. Coach Martin is an icon in college baseball. But I still have to pull for my Tigers to win the next two games and go to Omaha. But if FSU wins in Baton Rouge, I will be pulling for the Seminoles and Coach Martin.

Just saw Vandy pitcher threw a no hitter and struck out 19. Amazing. Assume it was against Duke who they played yesterday and scored 18 runs. Amazing.
